NGW at Butlin’s

Our team was tasked with revolutionizing the perception of wrestling at Butlin’s, transforming it from a traditional, outdated presentation into a modern, dynamic spectacle more aligned with the televised wrestling audiences knew and loved. This involved designing and crafting the presentation, selecting and hiring in-ring talent, securing a big-name non-wrestling celebrity, and managing logistics for over 80 events annually. We also directed and produced each show to ensure a professional and engaging experience.

Central to this transformation was rebranding the wrestlers as real-life superheroes, supported by the slogan, “Bring out the Hero in You.” Mark “The Beast” Labbett, star of ITV’s The Chase, played the role of the “man in charge,” helping to engage more wrestling-skeptical holidaymakers.
